This role connects customers, sales, and operations, ensuring accurate orders, proactive communication, and strong follow-through. You'll play a key role in customer satisfaction, forecasting support, and identifying growth opportunities. We bring science to everyday life. What You'll Do Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing professional, responsive service. Manage orders from entry through delivery and invoicing. Manage escalated issues and ensure timely resolution. Keep Sales informed of customer activity, delays, and opportunities. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and log insights in HubSpot CRM. Process returns, exchanges, samples, and order updates in SAP. Support on-time delivery through coordination and communication. Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and ERP systems. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Technical teams. What You Bring 5+ years of customer service or order management experience in the manufacturing or similar industry. Bachelor's degree (preferred). Strong communication and organization skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. Problem solver who can work independently. Team player with a customer-first mindset. Experience with SAP or similar ERP system. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
