Job Summary:

Serve as a key point of contact for customers by receiving, reviewing, and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with company standards while delivering positive and professional customer experience.

Essential Functions:

Sales Support & Customer Interaction Provides daily sales assistance, interacts with customers, manages account data, and supports customer relationship management. Order Management & ERP Processing Reviews and enters orders into ERP systems, acknowledges purchase orders, and ensures accurate order fulfillment. Cross-Functional Collaboration Works closely with sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support strategic initiatives. Communication & Reporting Delivers clear verbal and written communication, generates reports, collects feedback, and follows up on leads. Task & Schedule Management Completes assigned tasks on time, follows instructions precisely, remains flexible for overtime, and aligns with core values.

Requirements:

MIN EXPERIENCE 1-3

years of experience working in account specialist type role.

Skills and Abilities Summary:

Communication & Documentation Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, including accurate professional writing and report preparation. Computer Proficiency & Systems Use Demonstrates strong computer skills and effectively uses software systems for documentation and task management.
