VAPE Team Member (1310 EMMETT)

We are seeking a new retail vape shop sales associate to become an integral part of our team! You will have the opportunity to thrive in a fun, professional team environment and develop additional skill sets. Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming guests with a smile and identifying customer needs. Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest. Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them. Maintaining a clean store presence Cash handling Processing customer orders and thank them for visiting us. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor. Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically. Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.
