Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email Coordinate repair scheduling and follow up on service requests Help troubleshoot common homeowner concerns and identify solutions quickly Partner with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently Deliver a positive, professional, and helpful experience in every interaction Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes' headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
