This position focuses on executing tasks, supporting the Customer Support Lead, and ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication Respond to basic customer inquiries via email, phone, and marketplace messaging Escalate complex issues to the Customer Support Lead Provide order updates, shipping information, and product support Order & Return Support Assist in processing returns, refunds, and cancellations Track return and cancellation activity Review return documentation and support accounting processes Support timely processing of customer credits Amazon & Website Support Tasks Monitor incoming messages and flag priority issues Assist with review monitoring Support basic inventory checks Help maintain order records in NetSuite Administrative & Operational Support Monitor shared inboxes and route emails Maintain organized records Assist with order routing to warehouse Review voicemails and input CRM notes General Support Serve as entry-level customer service contact Support the Customer Support Lead Support Inside Sales Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age Authorized to work in the United States Strong communication and customer service skills Basic Excel skills; CRM/NetSuite experience a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes and work in a team environment Experience with Amazon and e-commerce platforms is a plus. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations across Roofing Direct's Amazon and website platforms.
