Actively evaluates customers' needs by listening, providing solutions, and making recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction and Exchange brand loyalty. Job Qualifications Completion of High School or the equivalent. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
