Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our agency. You'll support clients with policy questions, billing assistance, coverage updates, and general service needs. Your ability to build relationships, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, upbeat personality with a customer‑first mindset High level of energy, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast‑paced environment Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in‑office interactions Assist clients with policy changes, coverage explanations, billing inquiries, and claims support Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Process payments, endorsements, renewals, and policy updates Support the agency team with administrative tasks and follow‑up Identify opportunities for cross‑selling or upselling additional products (no cold calling required unless specified) Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
