This position plays a key role in coordinating repairs, communicating with customers, sourcing parts, and supporting daily shop operations. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and help keep jobs moving efficiently through the shop. Responsibilities Greet customers and communicate repair updates Open, manage, and close repair orders in Fullbay Source, quote, and order parts from vendors Coordinate workflow between technicians and management Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs Maintain detailed and accurate job notes Assist with estimates and invoicing Monitor job progress and communicate delays or approvals Support shop efficiency and organization Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Experience in heavy-duty diesel, fleet, automotive, or equipment repair preferred Computer proficiency required Fullbay experience preferred but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time stable position Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Locally owned and operated company Schedule Tuesday - Friday 4-10 schedule Full-time hours Experience Service writing or parts experience: Preferred Diesel/heavy-duty industry knowledge: Preferred Apply Today If you are looking to grow with a fast-paced and expanding heavy-duty repair company, we would like to hear from you.
