Essential responsibilities:

Answering phones, making insurance changes and writing policies, scanning documents, emailing, processing in-coming and out-going mail, processing insurance payments, generally keeping customers satisfied with our service.

Qualifications:

• Be dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented
• Have a strong work-ethic
• Able to answer phones quickly, with a cheerful attitude and a smile
• Kind to clients and co-workers
• Able to type 50 WPM or higher
• Able to learn new computer programs easily
