We are seeking a Customer Service Associates to join our team! The most important qualities we are looking for is someone with a great personality, a sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly & efficiently.

AVAILABLE WEEKDAY SHIFTS

9:00am - 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Update orders, process payments Handle 50+ inbound calls a day Resolve customer inquiries and issues Provide information about the products and services Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

2 years previous experience in customer service, sales, or receivables Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask A positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess a customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping people A Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn The Ability to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
