Bloomington, IL - Full Time Transportation Customer Service Position with Benefits $23 - $25 Per Hour (DOE), 40 Hours Per Week Moran Transportation Corporation provides regional, less than truckload (LTL) services throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. Our team excels at providing exceptional & timely support to each of our customers. We are recruiting dedicated individuals to join our team and support that commitment.

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Resolve and process all related customer inquiries Answer inbound calls & emails in a professional & timely manner Organize delivery appointments Assist the operations team Data Entry Provide data entry support across departments Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED required, College degree preferred Knowledge in the transportation industry preferred Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suites Ability to multitask is essential Ability to work Independently as well as with others
Wage Range:
23.00 - 25.00 per hour
