Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a key link between our customers and service technicians, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and listen to their service concerns Prepare repair orders and explain services Communicate with technicians about vehicle issues Provide accurate cost and time estimates Follow up with customers regarding status updates Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Knowledge of vehicle systems is a plus Valid driver's license
