Full-Time Position Overview We are a family-owned HVAC company seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by supporting both our customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service requests Schedule service and installation appointments efficiently Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care Process customer billing and payments Communicate with technicians regarding scheduling, dispatches, and job updates Maintain accurate customer records in our system Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or service industry experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Health Insurance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a well-established family-owned company Work Environment This position can be fast-paced, especially during peak heating and cooling seasons.
