In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing information about products, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people, communicates effectively in both languages, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Successful CSRs are patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and skilled at building positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between customers and the company. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Process customer requests, orders, and account updates as needed. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Meet established service standards and performance goals. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Excellent communication skills. Proven customer service experience. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems.
