Key Responsibilities Customer Support:
Handle inquiries, manage sales promotions, and assist with installation communications. Issue Resolution:
Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, ensuring full compliance with consumer protection laws. Proactive Engagement:
Develop and execute organization-wide initiatives to educate and inform our customer base. Continuous Improvement:
Analyze customer survey data to design and implement strategic improvement plans. Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2+ years of experience in customer service, relations, or a related discipline. Education:
Specialized training or relevant education in business, communications, or customer relations. Process-Driven:
Comfort working within well-defined technical procedures, routines, and decision-making guidelines. Problem-Solving:
