You'll be: Providing customer service support related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Ensuring positive customer relations are maintained and resolving customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws. Developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Creating improvement plans in response to customer surveys. Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate service. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or support environment. Possess knowledge acquired through specialized education, training, or relevant experience. Are comfortable working within well-defined procedures and guidelines. Have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and ability to handle complaints and claims professionally.
