Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in Caseyville, United States! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and ordersProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyHandle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling proceduresPrepare products according to company standards and customer specificationsProvide a positive and friendly customer experience in all interactionsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillmentMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operationsQualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills for order processing and data entryAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededCash handling experience or ability to learn quicklyTeam player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmospherePhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsAttention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
