In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for all service operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management. Duties Vehicle Registration IFTA licenses and stickers PT plate renewal Fleet Insurance Annual stickers and emission renewal Maintaining supply orders for technicians Parts order, receiving and returns Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, auto body repairs, and other automotive services to maximize dealership revenue. Create Purchase order Requisition of parts and inventory Price shopping parts through vendors and other sources Fuel management and purchasing Vendor relations, purchases and core returns Maintain organized records of all service activities, including repair orders, customer interactions, and parts used. Assist management with other undefined tasks Experience Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred. Strong background in auto service management with knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Hands-on mechanic experience or familiarity with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, and diesel engine repairs is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Experience in software and service writing is desirable. Knowledge of automotive systems including transmissions, air brakes, shocks & struts, auto body repair processes and tire services will set candidates apart. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
