Chicago Ridge, IL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $19 - $35 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Paid training Flexible schedule Qualifications Renovation Outdoor work In-person customer service Driver's License Attention to detail Customer engagement Woodworking Full Job Description ANR Construction is looking for a motivated and dependable team member to assist with both inside sales and light field work for remodeling and deck projects. This position includes office support, customer communication, sales follow-up, and some outdoor/field work as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Following up with leads by phone and email Educating customers on remodeling and deck options Maintaining CRM records and customer communication Working with project managers and field crews Assisting with some field work including light carpentry help, power washing, staining, lifting materials, and general jobsite support. We're looking for someone who is: A strong listener who understands customer needs Great at building trust and creating real rapport Comfortable speaking with homeowners and following up on leads Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed Competitive, coachable, and hungry for growth Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Construction/remodeling experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working both in the office and outdoors Able to lift and carry materials/equipment (50+ lbs) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Drug test and background check required.
