Job summary As a Controls Execution Senior Associate in Controls Execution , you will support the effective execution of the firmwide operational risk and control framework across the Client Onboarding business in North America. You will partner with business leaders and control teams to identify, assess, and remediate control gaps, issues, and risk events to strengthen the control environment. You will contribute to risk reporting, audit and exam readiness, and continuous improvement in onboarding processes. Job responsibilities Coordinate with Business Control Managers and lead control initiatives supporting Client Onboarding Develop a deep understanding of business processes and the associated risk and control environment Conduct proactive process and hygiene reviews to assess risk and support audit readiness Support execution of issue management protocols for control issues and perform root cause analysis Partner on procedural and process changes to improve risk identification and control design Participate in cross-functional triage of risk events, loss events, and data breaches and propose sustainable remediation Support communication of risk and control concepts to business staff and managers Support and guide participation in control-related programs and forums Participate in assessments to strengthen the control environment across Payments controls and oversight Conduct data analysis to identify risks, themes, and trends within the business Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Three years of relevant industry and/or functional experience Knowledge of payments products, processes, and industry best practices Strong control orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Ability to operate autonomously in a complex organization Strong attention to detail with strong organization skills Demonstrated ability to use emotional intelligence and influence to manage conflict and foster collaboration Project management capability to drive timely and successful outcomes Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of implementation processes Familiarity with regulatory, risk management, and audit best practices Experience in process, risk, and controls management Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams Experience analyzing and resolving complex onboarding-related issues while ensuring compliance with standards and policies Strong analytical skills for data analysis and risk trend identification Required or additional information Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
