The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for Customer Experience Specialists for our Countryside Mazda location! Key Responsibilities Give our customers an outstanding experience as they shop for their new vehicle Develop working knowledge of new and used Mazda vehicles to help customers find the best car for them and their families Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to organize follow up Follow dealership sales processes and best practices Approach every customer interaction with a positive, helpful attitude Qualifications No previous sales or automotive experience required; customer service experience a plus High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday Strong communication skills Truly enjoy meeting and connecting with new people Maintain high level of integrity and always honest communication Natural curiosity and willingness to constantly listen and learn Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license required Why Join Napleton?
