Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY Seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support sales operations by ensuring customer needs are met and products are manufactured to specification. This role serves as a vital communication hub between sales, prepress, manufacturing, and customers, helping to manage orders and ensure accuracy throughout the production process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the basics of flexographic printing, including tooling, materials, and product applications. Manage and process incoming orders, quotes, proofs, and MAPS via multiple communication channels. Monitor customer order status throughout the production process to ensure timely updates. Assist in processing electronic artwork and prepress materials including preflighting and proofing. Provide technical assistance to customers and support sales in exploring new business opportunities. Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned customer accounts. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth order processing. Use internal operating systems to manage and update customer and order information. Follow all company procedures, including those related to safety and standard operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Professional demeanor and excellent communication and organizational skills. Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
