Job Description

Receptionist / Cashier - Part-Time Our locally owned automotive dealership is looking for a friendly, professional, and outgoing Receptionist/Cashier to join our team part-time. This position is also known as our "Director of First Impressions" because you will be the first person to greet our customers, both on the phone and in person. Your smile, attitude, and customer service will help set the tone for their entire experience with our dealership.
Job Responsibilities :
Answering and directing phone calls Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner Handling credit card transactions and cash payments Balancing receipts Filing paperwork Organizing repair orders Assisting with general office duties as needed
Position Requirements :
Positive attitude Friendly and professional customer service skills Neat, professional appearance Outgoing personality Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently Prior office experience helpful Basic computer skills helpful
Schedule :
Part-time Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Every other
Saturday:
8:30am-6pm
