Job Description

Safety-Kleen in Easton, IL is seeking a Branch Admin Create and update customer records for the sales staff of Company. Prepare, process, and audit sales quotes, invoices, and contracts. Monitors progress and ensures quality of orders. Responds to customer inquiries and/or complaints. Creates proper shipping and billing documents, including manifests. Contacts customers delinquent in payment and coordinates payments. Enters time of service Containerized Waste Service profiles into the tracking software. Responds to customer calls and direct potential pulls and complaints to appropriate account owner. Prints and restocks time of service in Sales and Service Representative's folders. Enters sales leads into the tracking system. Take incoming customer calls related to service requests, issues, invoice questions, and on-line service support, amongst others. Determine resolutions to the issues presented and communicate them to the appropriate party. Prepare and ship necessary items to support the drivers on their routes May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Superior written, verbal communication, and presentation skills Industry experience Bachelor's degree Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
