Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative Franklin Park, IL 60131 $19 an hour - Full-time $19 an hour - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and satisfied clients.
MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULES
Schedule 1 : Sunday -Thursday , 11:00 AM-7:30 PM; Schedule 2 : Tuesday-Saturday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM Responsibilities Assisting drivers, monitoring driver logs, and maintaining communication with clients and drivers. Routing for drivers. Assisting clients with any updates Performing Billing duties. Answering phone calls Performing data entry duties. Qualifications Must have previous customer service experience. Must be bilingual in Spanish. Previous experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment utilizing multi-line phone systems and transportation software.
