We're looking for a friendly, organized, and animal-loving Veterinary Receptionist to be the first warm smile our clients see when they walk through the door. Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the booking system with efficiency Process payments and ensure accurate client records are maintained Assist with client inquiries, follow-ups, and reminders in a helpful and timely manner Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting for clients and their pets

Additional Details:

Eligibility for Health Benefits begins after 30 hours per week

Salary:

$17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

Bi-weekly Schedule:

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 1 year of customer service experience (vet experience a plus, but not required!)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service

Age Requirement:
