Graphic Designer & Customer Service Representative Position Overview We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position that combines graphic design expertise with customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate of an art school with strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and a passion for creating exceptional visual content while maintaining excellent customer relations. Key Responsibilities Design and create professional graphics using Adobe Illustrator Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Manage live chat communications with customers Process and respond to customer emails professionally Welcome and assist walk-in customers Provide technical phone support to clients regarding design projects and services Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited art school or design program 1+ year of professional experience in Graphic Design 1+ year of hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator Preferred Qualifications Additional proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Previous customer service or client-facing experience Portfolio demonstrating design work and creative abilities
