Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and other store services. Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and computers. Process shipments, receive inventory, and maintain organized workspaces. Operate printing, copying, and finishing equipment; assist customers with print jobs. Ensure packages and supplies are correctly weighed and labeled. Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly and safely. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are stocked. Notary Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Basic computer skills (Windows/Mac, email, internet, point-of-sale). Familiarity with printing or copy equipment preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs safely. Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Must be able to work weekends, mornings, or afternoons. Needs to be flexible.
