Position Overview:

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests and students, ensuring they receive courteous and professional assistance. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and seamless experience during their visit to our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries about programs and services. Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and student consultations. Maintain accurate records of client and guest interactions. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Availability for flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
