Process payments, handle billing, and manage client accounts. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth client experience. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in veterinary or customer service fields is a plus. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and veterinary practice management software is desirable.
