The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the veterinary staff in delivering high-quality care to our animal patients. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer client inquiries regarding services, treatments, and clinic policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records in the management system. Process payments, handle billing, and manage client accounts. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth client experience. Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in veterinary or customer service fields is a plus. Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and veterinary practice management software is desirable.
