Insurance Account Manager

Summary:

The Account Executive supports small business clients by providing excellent customer service, processing policy changes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members. Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues Review documents for accuracy and ensure confidentiality Respond to client questions and service requests Process renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations Gather information needed for policy renewals Support and promote strong customer service across the company

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and ability to learn agency systems Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude

Education & Licensing:

Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within 60 days of hire For reference, our organization uses the title Account Executive in place of Account Manager .

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
