Job Description
Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Maryville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsProcess cash and credit card transactions with precisionProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsHandle various tasks as needed, including lifting items up to 25 lbs.
QualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculationsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Team player mentality with a positive attitude and friendly demeanorAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyPrevious customer service experience is preferred but not requiredFood handling experience is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
