Customer Service Representative

Casey State Bank has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative in Mattoon. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, insuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payment and check cashing. Opening accounts such as checking, savings, safe deposit boxes, CDs and IRAs.• Answering customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories. Balance each day's transactions and cash totals. Assists with maintaining and balancing the ATM. Cross sells bank services and products.
