Job Description

Customer Service Representative Job Location:
Moline, IL Start:
Tentative June 22, 2026
Shift:
1st and 2nd shift, and open availability and open to working weekends - Sundays, especially.
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is: $17.00/hr, $19/hr for Bilingual (Spanish/English or French/English)
Responsibilities:
Receiving service requests via phone. Verification & documentation for service requests. Dispatching service technicians from various US locations.
Requirements:
Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) with callers. Must be able to discuss problems with the customers and/or technicians when the Service Center Supervisor or Branch personnel are not available or able to assist, and as necessary, report problem calls to the Service Center Supervisor. Must be computer savvy and able to manipulate data between multiple screens. Must have quick and accurate data entry skills.
