Job Description

Call Center Representative Schedule & Location:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, on site at Moose International General Summary Moose International, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our Membership Department. This role is the front line of support for our members and fraternal units, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, care, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and written correspondence related to membership, system, and administrative issues. Deliver accurate, complete, and empathetic responses to members. Process membership updates such as address and demographic changes. Assist members with dues payments and ensure PCI compliance. Track inquiries, report trends, and escalate issues when necessary. Make outbound calls to members and fraternal units as needed. Maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous call center or customer service experience preferred. Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Avaya phone systems a plus. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain professional and positive under pressure. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. Why Join Moose International?
