Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Morris, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipesHandle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale systemProvide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas and dining spaceCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shiftLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededQualificationsExcellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policiesFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailTeam player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as neededPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
