Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Morton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 11 E. Jackson St. location. As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficientlyProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyProcess cash and credit card transactions with precisionPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standardsHandle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededQualificationsStrong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team membersFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresBasic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processingPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
