This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, equipment maintenance, and teamwork. What You'll Do:

Customer Service & Rental Operations Greet customers with a positive, energetic attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with rental inquiries. Create rental contracts and process transactions accurately. Help customers select the right equipment and tools for their projects. Check equipment in and out using our inspection software. Teach customers proper and safe operation of rental equipment. Equipment & Yard Responsibilities Inspect, clean, and prepare equipment for the next rental. Perform routine maintenance including pressure washing, greasing, checking fluids, and general upkeep. Operate equipment safely to verify functionality and readiness. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking yard and facility. Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed. Teamwork & Daily Operations Stay productive and find ways to support the team during downtime. Follow company policies and standard operating procedures. Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day. Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Job Details Job Type:

Full-Time. For a 40-hour work week on average each team member works 4 days a week.

Pay:

PM Saturday:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Work-life balance is important to us. Please ensure you are available to work scheduled shifts without conflicts. Working at least 2 Saturdays a month is expected for full time team members.
