We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our call center team. This role focuses on assisting service customers with appointment scheduling, vehicle updates, and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements:
Follow scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outbound calls Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the BDC CRM system Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Complete outbound calls including (but not limited to): No-show follow-ups Appointment confirmations Lead follow-ups Task list completion 125 Outbound calls Schedule appointments according to dealership policies, ensuring balanced distribution Maintain a professional demeanor and code of conduct at all times Perform additional duties as assigned
