As a BDC Service Representative you'll play an important supporting role in the success of our business by ensuring that customers are satisfied. The Service Business Development Representative (SBDR) is responsible for answering inbound service phone calls, making outbound calls, and managing live chats, all while demonstrating the high level of professionalism that Dan Wolf Automotive Group is known for. This position plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction, promoting dealership services, and contributing to the overall growth of the service department.
