Job Description
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting daily customer interactions while also helping promote and grow the Rex Vault brand. This position works closely with the office team, service department, and management to maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries Schedule septic service, porta potty rentals, and other services Respond to website inquiries and emails Enter and manage customer information in company software Coordinate with technicians and drivers to ensure schedules run smoothly Assist customers with billing questions and payments Provide friendly, professional support to all customers Assist with bookkeeping data entry, A/R, daily deposit
