We are seeking a Customer Service Representative ( CSR ) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and understands the importance of providing outstanding service on every call. Why Join AA Service Co.? + Competitive pay: $25-$27 per hour + Stable, year-round employment + Established company with a strong reputation in the community + Supportive team environment + Opportunities for growth and advancement + Paid training + Comprehensive benefits package + Paid time off and holidays + 401(k) with company match What You'll Do + Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments + Provide outstanding customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns + Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and support company initiatives + Accurately enter customer information into company systems + Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication + Maintain detailed and accurate customer records + Assist with membership, maintenance agreement, and service-related inquiries + Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Requirements + Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSR , Dispatcher, or Call Center Representative within an HVAC , plumbing, electrical, or home services company + ServiceTitan experience is required + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy + Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, and follow-up communication + Strong attention to detail, especially when entering customer information, scheduling appointments, and documenting job notes + Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment + Working knowledge of HVAC , plumbing, or home services industry terminology + Strong computer and data entry skills + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Positive attitude and team-first mentality If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company with a long-standing reputation for excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
