Monday-Friday, 9am•5:30pm, rotating Saturdays What you will do: Call Center•Answering General Information calls Reporting results (Critcal reporting) Faxing Results (Call List) Trouble shooting specimen errors (LSI) Creating tickets Specimen add on requests Supply Ordering Contacting patients for recollections What you will need:
