Our team is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality service that keeps home systems running smoothly and customers comfortable year-round. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our office team in Oakbrook, Illinois. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for every customer through scheduling, communication, and support.
What You Will Do:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, and account information Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company software systems Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers Assist customers with service requests, concerns, and follow-up communications Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently Process customer information, service agreements, and other administrative documentation Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company
What You Will Bring:
2+ years of customer service, call center, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM or scheduling software Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude Experience with ServiceTitan, Nexstar, or similar home service software is a plus Successfully complete our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
