What You'll Do:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay Answer questions, handle requests, and resolve concerns with urgency and care Process payments, reservations, and room assignments accurately Communicate clearly with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and guest-ready Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and service standards at all times Be a culture carrier—living out Scarlett's values of respect, consistency, empowerment, and hospitality

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, guest-first attitude and a passion for service Strong communication and multitasking skills Dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel systems (we'll train you!) Flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
