Job Description

L6 Technology is an outsourced technology provider for multiple customers across the Chicago metropolitan area. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our admin/customer service team. This is a non-technical role that requires comfort with using technology and a willingness to continue learning. The position is customer-facing, with direct interaction representing the company to our customers. It is a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities to manage. Training on our processes and tools will be provided. You will manage a portion of our customer accounts, ensuring organization and smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers significant opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting ongoing initiatives, responding to customer inquiries, updating customer budget information, gathering feedback, communicating customer needs internally, and maintaining accurate account documentation. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Communication:
Responding to customer requests, attending customer meetings, providing service information and conducting surveys.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing customer records, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and managing documentation.
Coordination:
Liaising with other departments (e.g., procurement, planning, technical) to help support our customers.
Support:
Assisting and tracking customer initiatives, managing our process, ensuring adherence to documented workflows and auditing customer compliance. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Proficiency with computer software and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
