A transportation company in Palatine is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to support their busy morning operations. Responsibilities:

Handle 50-60 inbound calls per hour with professionalism and accuracy Dispatch drivers using Google Maps and route details to pick up students and transport them to school Communicate clearly with drivers, parents, and internal staff Respond to emails and complete basic computer tasks Maintain accurate information and documentation throughout the day Work closely with the team to ensure timely and safe transportation services
