About the Role The Client Experience Specialist plays a central role in ensuring our clients receive dependable, compassionate, and high-quality care. From the first client consultation to ongoing care management, this position helps guide the entire client experience while supporting and supervising caregivers in the field. You'll build strong relationships with families, help solve problems with empathy and professionalism, and work closely with caregivers to ensure clients feel safe, respected, and cared for. What You'll Do Meet with prospective clients and families to understand their care needs Help create personalized care plans and ensure smooth onboarding Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage Support, supervise, and encourage caregivers in the field Conduct quality assurance and supervisory visits in client homes Build strong relationships with clients and families through regular communication Address concerns or service issues promptly and compassionately Help maintain a positive and supportive culture for both clients and caregivers Encourage client feedback and help strengthen our agency's reputation in the community What We're Looking For Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, customer service, or care coordination Strong communication and relationship-building skills Compassionate, calm, and solutions-oriented approach Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Leadership or caregiver supervision experience preferred Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits Knowledge of Illinois home care regulations is a plus Why Our Team Loves Working Here Supportive, family-oriented culture Meaningful work that makes a real impact Opportunity to grow with a growing agency Flexible and collaborative environment Leadership team that values and appreciates employees Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Periodic evenings or weekends to support clients and caregivers Work Environment This role includes a combination of office work and visits to client homes throughout the community.
