Customer Service Representative

Customer service representative / Agency sale producer responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones. Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles Maintain database and records and secure. Meet established new business production objectives to further the agency's overall financial goals Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customer's individual needs Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building Reach out to customers with their upcoming renewals and set up appointments Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services Fulfill all policy requirements Greet and attend customers when making in-person appointment or payment. Job description : Insurance customer service including responsibilities such as payment processing, processing changes, quoting coverage, claims processing, answering customer inquiries, and filing customer's information.

Sales and marketing:

Marketing to potential new customers, quoting coverage, and selling new policies. This is a position in which you will learn the industry from the ground up. The ideal candidate is someone we will quickly help towards becoming licensed as they are learning customer service relations. Looking for a self-starter with a good work ethic, with a positive attitude with desire to grow and establish goals. Monday-Friday Open to work with schedule, normal hours are 9-5pm Ability to commute.
