Part-time, Full-time Food Runner/Cashier Indeed Ad Employer:
Elia Cafe Cashier Duties:
Operating the Point of Sale system, processing payments, and managing cash handling accurately.
Cashier Pastry Duties:
Responsible for restocking, heating, and bagging pastries. As well as following opening and closing procedures
Delivering Food and Beverages:
Accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables, ensuring that orders match the tickets and that any special requests are met.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keep the dining area and server alley clean and organized, including bussing tables and clearing away dirty dishes. Communicating with
Staff:
Communicate with kitchen staff and chef to ensure timely delivery of food and relay any customer requests or concerns.
Following Food Safety Standards:
Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Ensuring Accurate Orders:
Double-check orders before sending them out to customers and ensure they receive their requested orders on time.

Accuracy in delivering the correct order to the right table is crucial.
    Physical Endurance:
    The ability to stand for long periods and carry trays of food.
